The trend continued in November, highlighting an increase in project manager and subbie engagement on the iseekplant marketplace. As another year wraps up, the iseekplant team has put together a highlights reel of what shaped the construction sector in 2024.
October was a record-breaking month
October was the standout month of the year, with a record-breaking 52,793 opportunities sent out. June followed closely with 49,084 opportunities, and November kept the momentum going despite wet weather down the East Coast of Australia. The marketplace data for supplier engagement indicates that 2025 will break all records for job opportunities and supplier growth on the platform.

What to expect in 2025
Our suppliers have spoken: they are prepared to travel anywhere in Australia for projects of the right size or duration. To support this, iseekplant has launched the FlexiFleet and Services packages, which allow customers to Flex Up and turn on services when they need more work, or Flex Down and turn off categories when they’re too busy.
In 2025, our newest product feature, “Traveller Packs” will enable suppliers to select job opportunities outside their 200km base location, ensuring their business can respond to market conditions and grow with the right work, while allowing our seekers/master contractor project managers to select the right size and skilled subcontractor for their long-term projects and construction activities remote or otherwise.
